People arrived until 2am, were not considerate of other campers and just parked on top of each other. Toilets still closed and signs up saying no tents and only RV or campers with their own facilities. Could have been a great spot otherwise but the noise was excessive. Stayed long weekend so that could have been the issue.

Toilets CLOSED 28.2.2020. Beautiful spot, plenty space and nice and quiet. Toilets were closed due to septic tank issue and not sure when will reopen. But public toilets in Loch or Poowong. We will stay again. Lovey spot.

I arrived very late in the evening as I was using this site for a little stop over. Once I arrived, any attempt to set up was hindered by swarms of small black flys attracted to the light. After I was safe in my swag in the dark, everything was fine and in the morning I was greeted to a manageable amount of insect activity and a lovely little camp site. There is a large open area away from tree cover so you needn't worry about falling limbs and can enjoy the stars. Facility wise, there is a toilet block that I didn't use but looked like it would do in an emergency and that is about it. The site itself was well maintained and while I managed to set up on a large rock, the ground seemed pretty nice. This is a nice little space on the way out east, I'll be staying again but I'll aim to arrive during the day and be prepared with insect repellent.
