Good place. I spent only $15.50/night. 1 spot can fit for 5 single tent.
Close to many walks, can get quite busy here, well it was when we camped on a friday night, was supposed to stay an extra night but left due to other campers noise. I do love the Brisbange Ranges though, great 4wd tracks and hikes.
Great place to get away while being close to Melbourne, so drive is nice and short. Walking distance to ghost town. Sites are marked and you must book to stay the night. Shared fire pits available. Picnic tables are well placed; I didn’t need to take out my table. Pit toilets available and well maintained. Water is available but not drinkable, so bring your own drinking water. Overall a great place to come with the kids.
Close to historical gold rush town of Steiglitz which is worth a look. Campsites all together and can be busy.
