Great camping spot right on the lake road closed around Lake due to unsafe conditions. And no facilities This place is dog friendly so if you bring your dog take its crap home with you campsite covered in barkers eggs had to clean before setting up

Beautiful campsite however if you want to get further into the lake with less people you need a FwD. no toilets or showers but nice and shady
Really lovely camping spot. There are a few problems though, 1. The amount of rubbish and broken glass that is left behind on almost every camp spot. 2. Most of the people were alright but we did have multiple occasions where in the middle of the night non english speakers came to the spot and were rude and noisey, had no respect for others or their camp spot. Keep in mind this was at 2am. 3. Although it is alright to swim in the lake there is a lot of mush on the bottom of the lake so it’d be best to wear shoes when going for a swim. Other than that it is a really good place to camp and really good scenery. We saw a echidna whilst camped there and quite a few pelicans :)
Great camp site, lots of space and a nice view of the lake and the occasional pelican.
