We stayed on the opposite side of the highway from the Minolta Bridge Roadhouse for free (photos uploaded). Entrance to camping site is before the bridge if you are travelling north. Drop toilet and Optus phone coverage. No water. In October there was a dry river bed with lots of cockatoos and other bird life to watch and plenty of shade

Nice little place for an over night stop. $30 for a powered campsite. All grassed- if you’re using a tent make sure you have a hammer Quiet. Communal showers. No camp kitchen though

They wouldn't offer me a singles price even out of season so I didn't stay.

Stayed overnight on their unpowered camp site. Communal facilities, green grass and a pretty quite location. The food from the roadhouse kitchen is wonderful and the staff nice and friendly. Would stay again.
