Is there bbq facilities to cook on?
Hi there are there any spots free ?
Anybody know how busy is this spot around the 27th December?
Not sure haven't been during this time of year but as it has a river beside it, think it could be busy by Lee M.
Cheers, I'll have to do a drive by and go from there at this rate by Dan M.

Dumb question, but do you need to book this campsite? If so how?

Hi is there a limit to how many nights can stay?
Don’t recall seeing any signs saying there was a limit. by Monique P.
No time limits .. was told by a local by Ged C.
About 25 minutes from Warnabool makes this free campsite pretty attractive. Very busy when we arrived with a large number of caravans and camper vans filling up the best sites. (But it is a long weekend i suppose) BBQ was popular but still kept clean. Toilets seats never got cold as there was only two unisex loos for all to use but werr still quite clean all things considered. Over all, probably a great little spot in quieter times. Swimming hole is awesome, even has a diving board.
Stayed two nights. Great place to stay during the week. We left on Saturday and as of 11am already had what seemed to be locals setting up camp for the weekend with loud music. Guessing this is the case for other weekends and holidays. Otherwise great facilities, saw them cleaned often and bbq! The swimming hole is also awesome.
Well maintained free camping site. Unfortunately no views... but hey it’s free! Very close to main road but not a great deal of noise. Toilets are clean, BBQ area is available and also has a decent playground. Sites are first in best dressed. Would recommend!
