In the forest on the bank of Wellington Dam. Lovely and shaded. Very well kept camp area with cleanest drop toilets and camp kitchens with gas bbq’s to use.

Clean campsites with several species of native bird visits. We boiled available water to drink as suggested. No ill effects. Clean, spacious toilets. A couple of bbq available were in good working order. Nice walk tracks close to campsite. The little drive along the local route to Honeymoon Pool, stopping at the rapids, Big Rock, Long Pool etc was well worth it. Really enjoyed it. Stayed 3 nights.

Great relaxing place to take the family. No phone reception with Optus not sure about other providers. Will need hard ground pegs as the ground is rock hard in places. Lots of clean toilets(long drops) No showers and only untreated water. I definitely recommend Potters Gorge.
