I really liked the bush setting and could pick a spot at random. The toilets and hot showers were refreshingly simple and clean. The kids played in the creek and swam in the small waterhole in the creek. Drinking water is up to you, the tap is fed by the creek, we drank the water without concern. Plenty of birds, Roos, goannas and the occasional snake. No food or groceries nearby. No music allowed which suited me just fine. No telephone or internet, ditto for me. No mozzies or sand flies this time of year, September. $40 for a quarter trailer of firewood. Plenty of firepits
We have stayed here many times it’s a great place there’s no phone service at all, check out the fire bands if you intend to have a fire. Great place if you want to just sit back and relax for the weekend, the owners are great yes they sell fire wood there the more you buy in one lot the the cheaper. I recommend this place, it’s also great if you have a group of people. Showers and toilets are clean and neat.

Showers and toilet facilities and dogs allowed but can only use generators for 2 hrs a day and NO music allowed and closest fuel is at least 30ks away and you have to buy firewood for $40 for a quarter a box trailer also there are ticks so for ya the bad points out weighed the good
