Question:

Is there swimming here?

Answer:

There is the river near the camp but steep banks, there is a shallow river crossing near the falls carpark that we put our feet in, but not really for full on swimming, the fall themselves I would not recommend it by Lee M.

Great site for camping and camper vans. Wide variety of campers. The road in is narrow and unsealed. Child and dog friendly! Short 20 min walk to falls, longer if you have kids! Or drive to picnic ground some 500 m from falls. No reception. Drop toilets, byo TP! Fire pits- but gather wood on the way as area is picked clean! Loved it there!

Huge camp-site! Limited space for tents after rain as most spaces end up really muddy. Picnic tables and fire pits available in each section which is great. Shared drop toilet in the center. Track to the falls available from one end of the grounds.

I loved it here. Plenty of spaces to camp, the ducks you can hand feed. There are koalas in the trees. It was beautiful. Cannot wait to go back.

Great spot. The weekend I went was very busy, but Dandos campground nearby was closed, so that explains why. Some open areas for larger groups and trailers and smaller areas for tents only. The walk to Stevenson’s Falls is easy and well worth it. The campground is full of birds! Wood Ducks, Yellow Robbins, Grey Fantails, Bower Birds and many more!
