Beautiful quiet park alongside the rivers arm away. The water so clear you can see pods of baby fish hunting and jumping. No need for swimming pool when the natural salt water river provides a perfect place to drift into bliss and float along with mild current while listening to songs of the birds. River front Cabins at around $100 a night (seasonal pricing) and water front sites from $37 makes for a affordable spot to reconnect with simple things and attracts a community of like minded crowd who are too happy to have a chat and lend a hand (not for the hyper situmulated consumers). Friendly locals who are proud keepers of this piece of paradise. Great pit stop for those travelling up or down the coast, no need to pack everything as reception is well prepared with fishing gear, bait and kayak hire to satisfy the adventurer at heart. Great necessities walking distance: supermarket, liquor store, cafes, restaurants, butcher, newsagent, local seafood store, message therapist, hairdresser and plenty of scenic spots to discover.

A short stay but really loved this spot. Great facilities. Kids had fun fishing and swimming. Will be back on our way through.

Great for families with young kids or those who don’t plan on leaving the site much. Very large pitches next to a quiet river, a few small shops in the town but a 30 min drive to the nearest town/proper supermarket. Toilets are public toilets and both them and the showers are dated but clean enough. As a couple, wouldn’t return again as there’s not loads in the immediate area and most parents were fine with letting their kids run around our pitch.
